FAQ
Printer saya tidak muncul di daftar Bluetooth.My printer doesn't show up in the Bluetooth list.
Matikan lalu nyalakan printer, pastikan tidak sedang tersambung ke HP atau laptop lain. Beberapa printer muncul dua kali dengan nama yang sama. Kalau pairing gagal di satu nama, coba nama yang lain.
Turn the printer off and on, and make sure it isn't connected to another phone or laptop. Some printers appear twice with the same name. If pairing fails on one, try the other.
Kenapa TapLabel tidak muncul saat saya tekan Cetak?Why doesn't TapLabel appear when I tap Print?
Buka TapLabel sekali dan tambahkan printer. Setelah itu printer TapLabel muncul di dialog cetak Android. Kalau belum muncul, aktifkan layanan cetak TapLabel di Setelan → Pencetakan.
Open TapLabel once and add a printer. It then appears in Android's print dialog. If it still doesn't, turn on the TapLabel print service in Settings → Printing.
Hasil cetak pudar atau terlalu tebal.Prints look faded or too dark.
Buka profil printer lalu "Hasilnya terbaca jelas?". Pilih gejalanya, TapLabel yang mengatur setelannya.
Open the printer profile and tap "Is the print clear?". Pick what you see and TapLabel adjusts the settings.
