Kebijakan Privasi TapLabel

Berlaku sejak: 24 Oktober 2026

TapLabel ("aplikasi") dibuat oleh PT Digture Teknologi Indonesia ("Digture", "kami"). Halaman ini menjelaskan data apa yang dipakai aplikasi dan ke mana data itu pergi.

Ringkasnya

• TapLabel tidak punya akun dan tidak punya server. Kami tidak mengumpulkan, menyimpan, atau menjual data pribadimu.
• Resi, label, dan pengaturan printer diproses dan disimpan di HP-mu sendiri.
• Data hanya keluar dari HP kalau kamu sendiri yang mengirimnya, misalnya lewat email "Laporkan masalah".

Salinan PDF. PDF yang dicetak lewat dialog cetak Android dihapus begitu selesai dicetak. PDF yang kamu buka atau bagikan ke TapLabel disalin ke cache app supaya bisa dicetak ulang. Salinan yang berumur lebih dari 1 hari dihapus otomatis saat kamu membuka PDF berikutnya, dan Android juga bisa membersihkan cache ini kapan saja. Salinan tidak pernah dikirim keluar dari HP.

Cetak lewat dialog cetak Android

TapLabel menyediakan layanan cetak Android, sehingga tombol "Cetak" di aplikasi lain (misalnya aplikasi seller marketplace) bisa mencetak ke printer thermal. Dokumen yang kamu cetak lewat jalur ini diproses di HP dan langsung dikirim ke printer. Dokumen itu tidak disimpan dan tidak dikirim ke kami.

Sumber pesanan lewat API (opsional)

Kalau kamu mengisi alamat API dan token di Pengaturan, TapLabel mengambil data pesanan langsung dari alamat yang kamu tentukan. Data itu mengalir antara HP-mu dan server tersebut, tidak lewat Digture. Token disimpan di HP.

Laporkan masalah

Menu "Laporkan masalah" membuka aplikasi email di HP-mu dengan draf ke support@digture.id. Draf itu berisi informasi teknis: versi aplikasi, merek dan model HP, versi Android, setelan printer, dan pesan error terakhir. Alamat Bluetooth printer disamarkan. Isi resi dan data pesanan tidak ikut. Kamu bisa membaca dan mengubah draf sebelum mengirimnya. Email yang kamu kirim kami pakai hanya untuk menangani laporanmu.

Langganan dan pembayaran

Langganan TapLabel Pro dibayar lewat Google Play. Pembayaran diproses oleh Google sesuai Kebijakan Privasi Google. TapLabel hanya menerima status langganan (aktif atau tidak) dari Google Play. Kami tidak pernah melihat data kartu atau metode pembayaranmu.

Cadangan Android

Pengaturan dan penghitung label harian bisa ikut dicadangkan oleh fitur cadangan Android ke akun Google-mu dan dipulihkan saat aplikasi dipasang ulang. Cadangan ini dikelola oleh Google, bukan oleh kami.

Izin aplikasi

• Bluetooth / Perangkat di sekitar: mencari dan menyambung ke printer Bluetooth.
• Lokasi (hanya Android 11 ke bawah): Android versi lama mewajibkan izin ini untuk mencari perangkat Bluetooth. TapLabel tidak membaca atau menyimpan lokasimu.
• Internet: mencetak ke printer Wi-Fi, mengambil pesanan dari API yang kamu isi, dan memeriksa langganan lewat Google Play.

Anak-anak

TapLabel ditujukan untuk penjual dan usaha, bukan untuk anak-anak, dan tidak sengaja mengumpulkan data anak.

Perubahan

Kalau kebijakan ini berubah, versi terbaru akan dimuat di halaman ini beserta tanggal berlakunya.

TapLabel Privacy Policy

Effective: October 24, 2026

TapLabel ("the app") is made by PT Digture Teknologi Indonesia ("Digture", "we"). This page explains what data the app uses and where it goes.

In short

• TapLabel has no accounts and no servers. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.
• Shipping labels and printer settings are processed and stored on your own phone.
• Data only leaves your phone when you send it yourself, for example through the "Report a problem" email.

PDF copies. PDFs printed from the Android print dialog are deleted as soon as printing finishes. PDFs you open or share to TapLabel are copied to the app's cache so you can reprint them. Copies older than 1 day are deleted automatically the next time you open a PDF, and Android may also clear this cache at any time. Copies never leave your phone.

TapLabel provides an Android print service, so the "Print" button in other apps (such as marketplace seller apps) can print to a thermal printer. Documents printed this way are processed on the phone and sent directly to the printer. They are not stored and not sent to us.

Orders from an API (optional)

If you enter an API URL and token in Settings, TapLabel fetches orders directly from the address you provide. That data flows between your phone and that server, not through Digture. The token is stored on the phone.

Report a problem

"Report a problem" opens your email app with a draft to support@digture.id. The draft contains technical information: app version, phone make and model, Android version, printer settings, and the last error message. The printer's Bluetooth address is masked. Label contents and order data are not included. You can read and edit the draft before sending it. We use emails you send only to handle your report.

Subscriptions and payments

TapLabel Pro subscriptions are paid through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. TapLabel only receives your subscription status (active or not) from Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.

Android backup

Settings and the daily label counter may be included in Android's backup to your Google account and restored when the app is reinstalled. This backup is managed by Google, not by us.

Permissions

• Bluetooth / Nearby devices: finding and connecting to Bluetooth printers.
• Location (Android 11 and below only): older Android versions require this permission to scan for Bluetooth devices. TapLabel does not read or store your location.
• Internet: printing to Wi-Fi printers, fetching orders from an API you configure, and checking your subscription through Google Play.

Children

TapLabel is intended for sellers and businesses, not children, and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
